Hi at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I want to extract data out of an access-database. So I decided to use the
DBI(1.37)-Interface.
I downloaded the DBI-1.37 packet and tried to install this with my perl 5.6.0, but the
installation failed,
because 'perl Makefile.PL' writes an erroranous Makefile, which (Gnu-)make couldn't
interpret (line 960).
so I decided to install the newer perl 5.8.0. Again I unpacked the DBI-packet and
execute a
perl Makefile.PL but the result remains the same: an erroranous Makefile, which
GNU-Make couldn't
interpret (me too) (line 960). Only for testing I tried the packet DBI-1.35, but with
the same result:
an error in the makefile (here at aline 957, but same contents)
So I'm stuck.
Is there any help for me ?
