Only information available to me says that I should ensure I am connected to internet and issue the command "install DBD-Oracle"
from the ppm command prompt.

When I do that, I get the message: "Error: Package 'DBD-Oracle' not found. Please 'search' for it first."

When I search for DBD-Oracle, I get the message:

  1. Class-DBI-Oracle [0.51] Extensions to Class::DBI for Oracle
  2. DBD-Oracle [1.03] Oracle database driver for the DBI module
  3. DBIx-OracleLogin [0.02] takes a string and splits out individual login
  4. DDL-Oracle       [1.11] a DDL generator for Oracle databases

When I* attpemt do install the DBD-Oracle, I get:

Error: no suitable installation target found for package DBD-Oracle.

Will somebody p-lease leave a clue where the real DBd-Oracle for Win 32 is?

I'm trying to make this work with Perl 5.8.0 on Win2K with Oracle 9.2.0.

Thanks for any help.

Gus
