Tim,

perl -MDBI -e "DBI->installed_versions" returns the following:

Can't locate auto/DBI/installed_v.al in @INC (@INC contains:
C:/Programs/perl/lib C:/Programs/perl/site/lib .)
at -e line 1

perl -MDBI -e "DBI->connect('DBI:Oracle:XYZDB', 'username', 'password')"
returns the following:

DBI connect('XYZDB','username',...) failed: at -e line 1
