My guess is 'yes', but it isn't done yet. In the meantime you could try using the 10.1 client, or the 10.2 Instant Client in conjunction with my Instant Client Makefile.PL. You seem to be running on Linux, so the we page for the Instant Client stuff is http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/oci/instantclient/htdocs/linuxsoft.html
You'll need the basic package plus the SDK package, and the SQL*Plus package might be useful as well.
Note I've no tested the script with Linux or with 10.2, so it may or may not work. I've had a quick look at the 10.2 IC archives and they don't look like the layout has changed from the 10.1 versions, so I'm hopeful it will work.
