Our daughter-in-law, Lynnette Morgan's mum and wife to our son Daniel, went into labour with their second child on Thursday at 2 a.m,, we were so so happy. Sadly little Jensen Darwin died yesterday at 1 30, it was so very sad. Our son, his dad, Daniel said "Jensen was an angel" because "he saved his mums life." Lynette had a section with her first child. She was in labour for 12 hours, this time, but no-one knew her internal stitches had ruptured but Jensen's heart beat went slower which alerted the staff and they dashed her down for an emergency caesarean section. Moments before they managed to get the baby out, his heart stopped beating...Had it not done, Lynette would have bled to death and we'd have lost both of them in the end through her internal bleeding caused by labour and Jensen's movements. This is why Daniel is convinced Jensen saved her life. The whole 4 days has been awful and I feel sorry for everyone whose had to deal with this terrible tragedy. I'm not sure how we can go on from here, we haven't bought them a card, can't find one suitable yet we want to do something or say something--I'll probably make my own card and Peter and I shall write a suitable verse together. We've bought them a gift of a new TFT monitor, as they only have the old style, but it feels so stupid, like trying to replace something special with an item I'd feel like throwing across the room. Oh, this is just too unbearable to handle for me and my husband, how unkind can life be? We hadn't thought when we brought Daniel into the world that he'd have all these terrible problems on top of his glaucoma...He's only 25 and his wife 27 and they can never have another baby again now. Poor them.
