May as well kiss that goodbye now. there goes my birthday and any pocket drive I might have wanted. this is just not okay. first of all, they said my battery was bad when it wasn't. They only needed to replace the one part A key something. That's just really upsetting. the person couldn't really explain to me why they needed to replace the battery in enough coherant detail. I actually do feel like I'm being taken for a ride. I've heard horrer stories about this company such as, "don't send your unit in, it won't come back the same. And for what, a machine under a company who doesn't plan on updating any of the compatibility for Microsoft word seven and above. I think I understand that correctly, and that's a bunch of garbage to me. You know what really makes me angry? Season of sharing bought that in good faith and now this is just plain garrbage. I like my BrailleNote but they need to update things and also it needs to be more reasonabley priced for repairs. Your average unimployed disabled person isn't going to be able to afford this. Pray for the best outcome. Mean while I get to feel like I'm using my father or someone. I really hate this and I don't want to have to keep asking him for more money. that's not what a father should be for. No, I'm not happy. It sucks.
