Life is not Easy By: Cynthia Groopman Life is not easy, I have often heard, Learning to accept challenges and facing them with smiles and optimism is the key word. Although life's wheel swirls in many directions, We must try to have positive reflections. Upon the negative we must not dwell, We must let go of unpleasant thoughts so we will be spiritually and physically well. grudges and regrets we must let go, Like weeds and ugly flowers, sorrowful thoughts must be cut away and no longer grow. Listening to music that is relaxing, melodic and soft, Promotes sweet dreams and tender thoughts.
