Although life's wheel swirls in many directions, We must try to have positive reflections. Upon the negative we must not dwell, We must let go of unpleasant thoughts so we will be spiritually and physically well. grudges and regrets we must let go, Like weeds and ugly flowers, sorrowful thoughts must be cut away and no longer grow.
