Replying to a BCC may give away the fact that you've been copied on a
message someone might not otherwise want, or expect, you to be reading.
Very bad.

Are you suggesting that we would check the To and CC fields against a
user's aliases, and only send vacations for things which appear to be
"personally adressed" to the recipient?
