Yes, I've noticed it too, although SpamAssassin does a fine job
catching them :-)

However, the problem is not with the recipient; the sender address
is also [EMAIL PROTECTED] We've whitelisted this address so the
bugtracker can send mails to dbmail-dev. The easiest workaround
would be to change the sender address in the DBmail bugtracker,
but I'm not sure if this will break anything? Just say the word and I'll
change it into (e.g.) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
