Ok, after a further dig into the setup, i am happy that the mail is handling the virtualdomains correctly, if i send an email to tim, it goes into the logs as dbmail-tim, this sahould then go via the .qmail in the dbmail home dir and pass it to dbmail-smtp, but i am fairly sure that this is not happening, qmail is trying to handle the email without passing it to dbmail-stmp, which means it is not going via the .qmail file in dbmails home dir.
Now excuse the stupid questions (i have always used sendmail), but i cannot see how wmail knows to use dbmails .qmail file when the email is not addressed to dbmail but to dbmail-<name>. Can anyone elighten me on this point ? Thanks Tim
