I see this line:

Apr 2 04:54:56 host dbmail/imap4d[27564]: db_start_msg(): unexpected end-of-data

I guess there's something wrong with the message in the database. Perhaps this is caused by the same bug others have seen, where the message is not correctly inserted. We'll continue hunting for that bug on Monday (unless anybody wants to do it this weekend ;). I won't, I'll spend the weekend camping and coaching my rowers :) ).
