[Dbmail] Newb Question

im using postfix 2.1.1 and dbmail 2.0 rc5... what needs to be added to the 
postfix configuration files to allow pop before smtp? i set it to yes in 
/etc/dbmail.conf... is there a relay file or something that dbmail adds 
hosts to that needs to be created or specified in main.cf?

any help is good help and greatly appreciated
