Excuse the newb question but its always something very simple that hexes
the whole thing. Im using postfix 2.1 and dbmail 2.0 rc5. The problem is
that postfix is still handling mail and throwing it into
/var/spool/mail/<user>
in master.cf i added:
dbmail-lmtp unix - - n - - lmtp
and in the transport file:
mailbox_transport = dbmail-lmtp:localhost:24
i ran postmap on the transport file
is there anything i need to specify in main.cf for it to use lmtp? also
how do i get the pop3 daemon to use pop before smtp?
do i need to set a local_recipient_map?
does mynetworks_style and relay_domains need to be left commented out? and
does dbmail handle all of this?
the main thing is i dont know what dbmail handles and what postfix
handles? any help or even documentation would be great
~Rob
