Doh! /slaps forehead/ That possibility had totally slipped my mind; it has been a while since I read the RFC :) A quick look at a few clients reveals that they indeed do exactly this, and also offer the ability to configure how long they will remain on the server. No, as I figure dbmail-pop3d will only consider mail in the user's inbox; other folders are hidden from the POP3 client's view.
