illegal if it 'auto-deletes' detected spam?
Interesting.. that would seem to fit the law..
Anyone who operates a mail service, has a contractual relationship with
its users, and may be subject to German law should really consult a
lawyer. Don't trust mailing list mavens.
(Have I consulted one? Yes I have. What Florian Weber writes seems
correct as far as it goes, but it's far from exhaustive.)
