[Dbmail] Migrating messages from courier-imap to dbmail

Unfortunately, courier-imap uses Maildir folders instead of mbox. 
Don't think I'll be able to use this method unless I'm missing
something.  Thanks for the suggestion though!

Are there any other methods I can try?  Much thanks!
