We currently have 6 Postfix/SpamAssassin/DBMail servers running Fedora Core 3 that are load balanced. The dbmail database sits on a different server. We are using squirrelmail for a webmail interface.
One of our webmail users is complaining that when he sends a message that the message does not always go to his sent items folder. My guess is other users are having this problem but have not noticed it yet. My question is what is the best way to track down this issue? How do I nail down which application is causing the problem? My gut feeling is dbmail is the culprit, but I am not certain how to confirm this. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you, Tom
