I have exactly the same Problem.
I postet this one week ago.
But at this time i had have no response for this problem.
Perhaps anybody can help us...

Can you send your settings in DBMail.conf.
I have 40 Clients, they get their Mail with IMAP, Auth is with LDAP.
I often has the message:

"relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1], delay=0, status=deferred (lost connection with
127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] while sending RCPT TO)"

I dont know why the connection get lost.
