No go. That's a fuckup on the ubuntu part. Dash is a silly shell

Ah, didn't know that; I don't usually use Ubuntu, so I'll leave this
up to you :-)
Just out of curiosity: why not use bash? It seems that the Debian
mysql-server
and postgresql packages also use it...
