Hi Marc,

Thanks for your prompt reply.
It seems that the database driver was blank. 

However, even after selecting the backend database driver as mysql, I am still 
getting the same error.

#dbmail-users -a john -w john123

FATAL unsupported driver: , please choose from MySQL, PGSQL, SQLite



Below are the relevant parts of my /etc/dbmail.conf
