Not even. It would be like winning the first prize in the lotto game several consecutive times. In practice no one expects this to happen! Actually if a collision was witnessed at a dbmail installation, it would be worthwile to double-check it (*) an report it to the cryptography community, that would be amazing news.

(*) because the probability of a malfunction happening during the check on a particular computer is much higher than the probability of the collision itself.
