I'd like to have a BIG NOTICE in the log in case of a double hash 
happening on really different parts. Maybe an automatically generated 
e-mail to the admin should occur, to be sure they notice it.

Yes, it should never happen, but it would be nice to get a report if 
somebody actually hits it. Anywhere on this planet, at least once...
