Thanks for the references. Those look really interesting. Of course,
we'd need a complete gettext infrastructure as well to implement them.
But apart from that, it looks doable.

We already support several drafs (sort and thread=orderedsubject,
timsieve), so that doesn't mean too much. Also, such drafts cannot
become a rfc unless someone actually implements them.
