That depends on so many parameters that it won't be easy to guess. Best 
is: give it a try, first ANALYZE and then OPTIMIZE, probably on a 
weekend ;-) 

I use postgres, it's very different but: A "vacuum full analyze" on a DB 
of 16GB lasts about 2,75h here, but that is for the full DB.
