Thank you Michael. I always get a little paranoid when someone shouts
'data-loss', I have a couple of clients who use pop3 all the time and
would /really/ freak out if this happened. Of course if someone is
running a client that does 'DELE', that's their problem. Or simply don't
run dbmail-util that often. Let them shout murder, and you save the day
by resetting the status field.

If you are really concerned about loosing email: do not run dbmail-util -py.
