Thanks for the response, as to the current environment.  One VPS
functions as the db server, another VPS is running Apache and Drupal.  

As to amount of emails low, I wouldn't expect more than a dozen emails
an hour.

Looks promising, I think I'll get a 360 VPS and give it a spin.
