Bingo :) I first thoght it doesn't, because I just replaced dbmail-export binary with fresh build, then I followed the whole construction, discovered how dbmail_dump_mailbox is actually implemented (as shared lib) , rebuild the whole package (with debuild, to be exact), and you were, of course, right.
