The only spam filtering "packages" are commercial ones. You order service and you get blackbox package which filters spam. Your spam volume goes down, but you don't have good explanation how and why. If you want to use some tools for spam filtering, it depends how you want to filter spam. You familiarize with spam filtering options, learn them and choose the ones that work for you. Those tools are not packages.
