well, with that can i live

a clone of the whole system with real data to test how long
it takes - ok, i am in a good position because VMware guest
what makes such things really easy

i would never ever upgrade the live system and start the mail-services
before als "dbmail-util" and other transitions are finished - caching
of many MUA's, especially MacMail would cause a lot more support calls
as a interruption of the services which is communicated before

i wil report here what happened with our upgrade (66000 messages in
around 12 GB innodb-files with innodb_compression of mysql 5.5)
but this may take some days / few weeks to make sure that all
works really well
