Looks like you didn't do an 'apt-get update'

Before doing an aptitude/apt-get install try:

apt-cache show dbmail

If it doesn't include dbmail-3.0.2 in the list, come back here.

DBMail-3 does *not* use or need gmime-2.0.2!
