Hi,
My name is Sergey, I'm an undergraduate computer science student of St.
Petersburg University of Information Technologies, Russia.
I worked for two years for a small company developing airfare metasearch
site. It was an interesting project, but there was almost no "science". And
thanks to DBPedia - GSoC is a great opportunity for me to shift from "just
a developer" to someone who knows how to do a research work. I'll try to do
my best.
The name of my project is “Automated Wikidata mappings to DBpedia
ontology”.
The goal of DBPedia-Wikidata integration is to use Wikidata as a data
provider and editing interface for DBPedia. On the way to make it possible
it is important to map projects' ontologies. I won't talk here about
methods that I will use. If you're interested in it, here's my proposal,
