Hi there!

I've updated the Extraction Framework to support pulling metadata from
the Wikimedia Commons, including two Commons-only namespaces (Creator
and Institution). The same code could also extract data from elwiki
without any problem, so I _think_ I've managed this without breaking
existing functionality. I've submitted all of this as a pull request
at http://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/pull/227

Dimitris has already had a look at my code, but we agree that it'd be
great to have as many of you giving me feedback on my first pull
request as possible! I'm still learning Scala and only know as much
about DBpedia and the Extraction Framework as I've picked up in the
last month, so any comments about any aspect of my code -- from code
style to writing in Scala idioms to making sure my code can work
across DBpedia -- would be HUGELY useful to me, so please help if you
can!

cheers,
Gaurav
