This happened when we copy-pasted the html from the old (broken) wiki to
the new website.
Most tags are removed but some links are still pointing to the old website
where this problem is more obvious.
I guess people landed to the old website from a bad link and got confused

until all links are fixed we keep the old website to have at least the
links working, even with bad formatting

@all, anyone interested to help we can give you editor accounts and we have
automated reports of which links need to be fixed

For now, this exists in other pager e.g.
http://wiki.dbpedia.org/dbpedia-data-set-2015-04
but yes, it would be nice to add some details and links to the download
page too
we'll keep this in mind for the next release
