There is a script that is used to autogenerate wachowiki markup for the
download pages using mainly the extraction folders
https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/blob/master/scripts/src/main/scala/org/dbpedia/extraction/scripts/CreateDownloadPage.scala

But, the wacko wiki installation was too old that once we upgraded the
server (iirc from ubuntu 10.04) broke. we tried to update the wiki to newer
version but the html generation from the markup had this problem (amongst
others)
We now switched to drupal and moved all content from the old website.
So content move is complete and we now focus to rearrange the content for
better navigation experience and in the process fix bad links
