Specifically which dbpedia SPARQL endpoint are you referring to as
their are more than one as listed at:
http://wiki.dbpedia.org/OnlineAccess
The SPARQL endpoint at http://dbpedia.org/sparql (or http://
dbpedia.org:8890/sparql) are accessible currently. The DBpedia server
was being updated earlier today and thus may not have been accessible
for a short period of time, but all should be back online now ...
