Hi Haytham,

you can easily get the data you need from the existing DBpedia dumps.
Take all article_label dumps in all languages and the according wikipage
dumps. The article_label dumps give you pointers to concepts URIs in the
English Wikipedia, and the wikipage dumps to the URI in the foreign
language.
