I'm unsure what you mean by corpus.

There are several datasets available from
http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Downloads37
Look at the column that says "de" (for Deutschland).

And Wikipedia (hyper)text can be downloaded from:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilfe:Download

I'm assuming what you mean by corpus is a subset of the above referenced
data?
