Hi guys, you should probably add TopicalConceptsExtractor to the configuration for ru, eu, ca in extraction-framework/dump/extraction.default.properties to activate the extractor for these languages. It would be great if you could also update http://mappings.dbpedia.org/index.php/DBpedia_datasets . Thanks for your contributions!
