Here are my comments on your proposal:

   - The first thing you *must* do is to remove (most of) the bullets. The
   application form is a guide and you are not meant to use it exactly as-is,
   right now it is very hard to read.
   - In "Please describe a tentative project architecture or an approach to
   it:" section you should provide a summary of the *your* final view of the
   idea (not the mentor's iterrations)
   - The timeline you provide could be further enriched and/or broken down
   to more timeslots
   - In "Please describe any other project related experience (if any):"
   You could provide links to the project code / demo or describe further the
   project and/or the technologies used

Also note that freebase does not use DBpedia data but uses Wikipedia as one
of it's sources
