Any chance of getting some of this upstream now that 2.6.15 is open
even if not perfect? Linux 2.6.15 will only be open (except for bug
fixes) for two weeks...

This looks nice and easy to get merged upstream although I haven't
tested yet. Are you planning to do this or would you like me too as I
got last lot merge?
