I am trying to insert experimental data from a file at the output boundary of a tube. Is it possible to do that in deal.II? I attach the file of experimental data, pressure vs time.

You can of course read data from a file into memory. But what do you want to do with it? I don't know what you mean by "insert data at the output boundary". What is the equation you're trying to solve, and how does the data you have in the file figure into it?
