Yes, if all else fails, find one of the Starbucks nearby and connect
after-hours to their wifi and hop on IRC ;P

It's possible that we'll set up some sort of volunteer rotation to help with
the folks arriving and needing to get in the building.  I don't want to
commit to this until we have more of the team on site and we can discuss it. 
But as far as PSU's procedures for late-night check-in, yes - it is what it
is, and they're not going to change it for us on the spot.  We'll make this
work, I'm sure nobody will have to sleep on the street.
