I have another proposal: - We put the ACs in all rooms where we have control over the AC to 25/26°C. - If you want to modify this median temperature, please first ask for agreement in the room. Aim at consensus, not majority decisions. [1] - People who want fresh air: go outside! - In the evening, and during lunch open the windows for some fresh air. - Every evening if you are the last person leaving the room please turn off the AC's and switch off the lights.
