I fully agree not to turn off the airconditioning in the evening. The wall 
radiates also infrared heat at higher temperatures than the human body.
You don't see it, but it is there.
While the body wants  coolness for a good sleep.
Especially when it is heatwave+humid, one needs to be careful. Then the body 
could overheat. Because sweating doesn't help anymore to cool.

btw I never turn off aircons at night... recooling those walls next day would 
take more energy.
