There was not a need of people speaking as this year's localteam as such, rather people involved in this year organization speaking about their experiences together with people from previous years. Personally, I saw this BoF was about DebConf in general and they way it has worked in the last few years. The pseudofork did not happen this year, it has been a problem that has been growing since some time ago and it has showed itself badly this year due to the financial situation. For me the BoF was about more issues than who decides about the money. I tried to get the minutes during the BoF. They just need some editing and I will send them to the list.
