Update on Hotel Seminole:

I just finished a phone conversation with the people at Seminole and we
managed to get the discount we asked for. Hopefully, today afternoon or
tomorrow we (ISIC, actually) will be signing the contract with them.

The final numbers/costs for accommodation are:

First week (6 nights, paid by govt):

> 348 nights (77 people, arriving at different dates according to penta) -
$12957.75 (incl. sales tax) = $37.23/pp

Second week (8 nights, paid by us)

> 616 nights (77*8) - $18474.89 = $29.99/pp

Total accommodation costs at Seminole Hotel: $31432.64

Payment:

> We can pay the amount we have atm (or in a few days), could be 10% or
more
> They're more interested in signing the contract than receiving any
payment in advance

Bonus:

I'm going to the shirt provider in an hour or so, but can answer any
questions you have in the meanwhile.

Cheers,
