Dear Video Team, we are in the early stage of planning a minidebcamp and conf in Switzerland [0].
We are planning for 2 days conference having 1 single track of talks. Currently our idea is having the conf from 29th to 30th of August 2026. And the camp the 3 days in advance. Camp and conf will be in the same building, but in different rooms. So it shall be easy to prepare the setup. Will it be possible that the videoteam could support us in recording and streaming the event? And if, what about the budget we shall plan for the video team? FYI one night in a hotel will be about 150 CHF per person / night. Staying in a multi-dorm hostel room is about 40 CHF per person / night. We will provide Lunch and Dinner. We are still flexible regarding the date.
