After further discussion among the Debcrafters team, we think that this
package ought to be updated with the HWE track. Therefore, there is a
path for this to be updated for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.

Bug description:
btrfs-progs-6.6.3 in Ubuntu 24.04 is 1.5+ year old (v6.6.3 released
2023-12-14).
Lots of bugs were fixed since then.
As of Jun 2025 current release is 6.15.

btrfs-progs is the MOST IMPORTANT package after the kernel b/c its the
one that deals with all the data.
There was NOT a single update of btrfs-progs in Ubuntu 24.04 (at least
since the official release).
Please update btrfs-progs in Ubuntu 24.04.
