It looks like the problem disappeared by itself. Looking at the log, it
seems to have been caused by the first arm64 binaries, which for some
unknown reasons crashed apt-ftparchive:
2014-03-07 12:08:01+0000 -> Regenerating Packages and Sources files...

pool-arm64/:FATAL -> Failed to fork.
Let's hope it will not happened again.
